DESCRIPTION OF WORK Your role will encompass a diverse range of clerical and general office duties, which will require you to follow office procedures and utilize relevant systems.
In addition, you will be expected to interact with the general public courteously and professionally, whether in person or over the phone.
Proficiency in basic computer skills is essential for performing various office functions, including data entry, customer service, scanning, filing, phone handling, and mail and voice mail processing.
Your job duties are carried out under the general supervision of a Clerical Supervisor.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
May change based on operational needs.
This position requires travel and overtime as necessary.
Work conditions: Assigned duties are performed in a controlled office environment.
In counties with District Offices, employees may be reassigned to different work sites due to operational needs.
Reassignments will be made in compliance with contract language.

Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or Graduation from high school; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements: You must meet the PA residency requirement.
