Looking for a nice, kind, repectful live in Nanny (Youngstown)

I have two children ages 5 and 8 years old.
The 8 year old goes to school Monday- Friday and the 5 year old goes to preschool a couple days during the week.
I need a nice, kind, respectful, responsible live in Nanny to watch and care for my two children when they get home from school and any days when they have time off except for weekends.
There might be an occasion where I need you to watch them on the weekend and I will give bonuses for those type of requests.
We will provide room and board, food, plus $200 per week.
