The parts department at Boardman Subaru is looking to add a team member! The candidate we are looking for is seeking full-time employment in a fast-paced environment.
The position requires work every other weekend, late nights, and extreme focus on customer satisfaction.
This is not an easy position and there are many challenges you will face, but we will be excellent together and we will create an excellent experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
Deliver parts to body shops and service garages on a daily basis within a 100 mile radius
Drive responsibly and carefully in a company provided vehicle, including a box van
Review body shop estimates to verify the parts being delivered match the invoices
Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up specific parts
Answer inbound phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers
Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock
Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submit emergency orders, if necessary
Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide high level service to both internal and external customers
Receive payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent and prior auto parts sales experience
Automotive mechanical knowledge is strongly encouraged
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
Willingness to improve and collaborate
Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents
Ability to calculate figures/amounts including; discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volume
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
