_Position Overview:_
_We are seeking an enthusiastic Science Instructor with a specialization in robotics, coding, and anatomy to teach multi-level science courses.
The ideal candidate will have experience in utilizing project-based learning techniques to engage students in hands-on learning experiences.
Additionally, the candidate should be capable of providing intervention support in career literacy within the classroom setting, preparing students for future academic and professional pursuits in STEM fields.

_Key Responsibilities_

Curriculum Planning and Implementation:_
- _Develop and deliver engaging science lessons across various levels, incorporating robotics, coding, and anatomy content to cater to diverse student needs.

- _Utilize project-based learning techniques to create interactive and hands-on learning experiences that encourage student participation and critical thinking.

- _Integrate real-world applications of science concepts, particularly in the areas of robotics, coding, and anatomy, to enhance student understanding and engagement.

- _Provide intervention support in career literacy within the classroom, assisting students in developing essential skills for future academic and professional success in STEM fields.

- _Collaborate with colleagues to create a comprehensive STEM curriculum that aligns with educational standards and promotes interdisciplinary learning opportunities.

- _Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, adjusting teaching strategies as needed to ensure effective learning outcomes.

- _Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that values diversity, creativity, and collaboration among students.

- _Stay current with developments in STEM education, incorporating innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance.

- _Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and active participation.

- _Establish clear expectations for behavior and academic performance and enforce consistent classroom rules and routines.

- _Manage student behavior effectively, address conflicts, and provide positive reinforcement.

- _Maintain an organized and conducive learning environment.

Assessment and Progress Monitoring:*_
_- Assess student progress regularly using a variety of assessment tools and techniques.
_
_- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their growth and development.

_- Use assessment data to inform instructional decisions and differentiate instruction accordingly.

_- Collaborate with colleagues to analyze student performance data and identify strategies for improvement.

Communication and Collaboration:*_
_- Establish effective communication channels with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders.

_- Regularly communicate student progress, behavioral concerns, and academic achievements to parents and guardians.

_- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities.

_- Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as required.

_- Ability to effectively communicate ideas, thoughts, opinion with openness to understand others while being understood _
_*Qualifications:*_
_- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Education, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
_
_- Valid teaching certification/license in Mathematics or relevant area.
_
_- Proven experience teaching math across multiple levels, preferably in a STEM-focused environment.
_
_- Ability to collaborate with colleagues in a co-teaching atmosphere.
_
_- Strong understanding of project-based learning methodologies and real-world applications in math education.

Pay: From $48,000.
