PAINTING SERVICES:
My company provides INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR PAINTING.

In order to schedule one please respond with the following:
(1) Your full name, phone number and the address of the property that you would like painted;
(2) A general idea of the budget you are working with;
(3) A general idea of when your project needs to be completed by;
(4) A specific description of the project in question.
For example:
If you are looking for EXTERIOR work:
- Would you like your full house painted, or only a portion of it?
- Would you just like the walls painted, or would you like the trim, doors, overhang, or dormers painted as well?
If you need INTERIOR work done:
- Would you like your whole house painted, or one or more rooms?
- Would you just like your walls painted, or do you need your ceilings, trim, doors, and closets painted as well?
- Do you have any damaged drywall that needs to be patched or replaced?
RESIDENTIAL CLEANING:
Regularly scheduled cleanings;
Move-in/Move out cleanings; or
Emergency/Holiday appointments.
I provide my own appliances and supplies, and always arrive in a timely manner.
The first three hours are $125 (one cleaner/cash) and $30 per hour after that.
If your home is thirty minutes or further from downtown the first three hours are $150 (cash).
*** NO carpet shampooing.
*** NO trash/furniture removal.
PRESSURE WASHING:
Pressure washing appointments for your home’s exterior are $425 (cash).
Detached garages & carriage houses are an additional $150.
Decks are an extra $50.
These rates are for homes up to 2,500 square feet.
If your home is thirty minutes or further from downtown, the appointment is $450.

GUTTER CLEANING:
Gutter cleaning is $325 (cash) for an appointment for two story homes.
One story homes are $150 (cash).
One garage is included, should you have one.
If your home is thirty minutes or further from downtown, the appointment is an additional $25.
***I do not provide gutter repair services.

MOVING SERVICES:
This is for labor only.
We do NOT provide a truck or van.
I charge $150 (1 laborer/cash) for the first two hours or less and $50 for each additional hour.
For two laborers, I charge $200 (cash) for the first two hours or less and $80 for each additional hour.
If interested in booking an appointment, please respond with your full name, phone number and the address of the property where your belongings will be picked up and the address of where they will be delivered.
SHOVELING SERVICES:
I charge $100 (cash) for a driveway and sidewalk, regardless of how long it takes.

WINDOW CLEANING:
I can take care of your interior and exterior window washing needs.
I charge $200 (one worker/cash/up to two stories) for the first three hours and $40 per hour after that if necessary.
If your home is thirty minutes or further from downtown, the first three hours are $225 (cash).
DECKS:
I'd be happy to provide you with an estimate for sealing and/or staining your deck.
If interested, please respond with pictures that show the entirety of your deck from a variety of angles, as well as a description of what you would like done.
DRYWALL:
If you have drywall that needs to be patched or replaced, we’d be happy to provide you with an estimate.
RAKING SERVICES:
I charge $100 (one worker/cash) for the first two hours or less, and $40 per hour after that.
If your home is thirty minutes or further from downtown, the first two hours are $125.
*** I do not remove leaves and branches from the property.
***Bags are additional.
