Title of Immediate Supervisor: Title Department Supervisor
Responsibilities:
The Deputy Clerk 2 is responsible for the processing of auto and watercraft title applications for both dealers and individuals utilizing the ATPS titling system.
The incumbent is responsible for entering the necessary title transaction information in the ATPS system, preparing the title transaction documents, performing a review of the title evidence presented for accuracy and collection of payment for the title transaction.
The incumbent is responsible for reconciling the cash drawer, preparing a report for the Head Cashier and answering incoming telephone calls responding to various titling questions.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.
E.
D, adequate keyboarding skills (determined by testing), a minimum of one (1) year of general office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Possession of a valid driver’s license.
