Prepares and serves food and alternates using standardized recipes for regular and therapeutic diets in proper quantities according to planned menu, temperature, and production schedule and diet preference.
Ensures food is received, stored, prepared, held and served per company policies and procedures and state and federal guidelines.
Ensures that food is served in an attractive, appetizing manner.
Uses proper tasting techniques to insure quality taste and palatability prior to service.
Maintains food service equipment and work spaces in a clean and safe condition at all times according to facility and regulatory guidelines.
Insures staff adheres to sanitation policies and regulations by routinely auditing (meal service, dining, safety, sanitation, test tray, meal satisfaction, and clinical audits) the dietary areas and practices for compliance with current regulations and policies.
Hours will be Wednesday through Sunday.
