Key Responsibilities Include:
· Accountability for the selection, training, coaching and performance of all Assistant Managers and Team Members.
· Motivates and leads a team in a fast paced work environment.
· Responsibility for restaurant's P&L performance through effective food and labor management, while maintaining daily controls.
· Execution of all training and marketing programs and products.
Required Qualifications:
· 2+ years of general manager experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality industry required.
· Demonstrate strong people skills including the ability to develop a team and achieve results through others.
· Excellent communication skills (written and oral), solid planning and organizational skills are a must.
· Open/flexible work availability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $55,000.
