Lovable female pup

Rescued female mix pup.
Spayed, UTD on shots, microchipped, about 7 months.
She is very lovable and wants to snuggle if you let her.
My kids leave half the week and it’s causing her anxiety.
She was urine stained when i got her and took awhile to warm up.
She just needs a more steady home.
Small rehoming fee to ensure a proper home.
