Real Estate Accountant

Ross Development is seeking a full-time accountant for various lines of business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring all financial and accounting functions of the company.
Responsibilities and duties include the following: * Post receipts and prepare bank deposits * Invoice and submit billings for various items * Approve transactions * Review daily reconciliations * Cash and currency management * Accounting and account analysis * Bank reports * File monthly sales tax and use tax reports * Assist outside firms to prepare annual Federal, State, and Local tax returns * Monitor financial performance of the company * Guide financial decisions and protect assets * Various other accounting functions * Yardi and CDK knowledge is a plus \*Please submit salary expectations in cover letter with your application Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Physical setting: * Office Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Bookkeeping: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
