We are looking for experienced Receptionists with excellent customer service skills, who can be part of an entertainment team! Job Description: You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined.
You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information.
A customer-oriented approach is essential.
Specific Responsibilities: Welcoming golfers and diners - Answer general inquiries; provide information regarding golf services or the menu.
Assist golfers to their assigned hitting bay.
Answer incoming phone calls.
Route calls, take messages, and assist customers as needed.
Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders.
Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly.
Job Requirements for the Front Desk Receptionist position: At least 1-year of experience in hospitality preferred.
Ability to work nights including weekends/holidays.
Knowledge of Restaurant POS Software.
Ability to understand and work with a sense of urgency.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $10.
00/hour plus 2% of servers food sales.
Shift availability: Day Shift Night Shift Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Pay: From $11.
