*POSITION SUMMARY*
The Lead Cashier is responsible for managing the cashiers along with performing cashier position functions.
The Lead Cashier is responsible for the training, development, and ongoing education of current and new cashiers.
The Lead Cashier will open and close registers daily by following proper procedures, complete cash balancing, and understand all procedures for Point-Of-Sale (POS) system.
Other responsibilities include improving cashier key performance indicators, and additional duties assigned by the General Manager.
Must be customer service oriented with excellent communication skills, honest, and courteous.

* Coach and counsel, all cashiers to support a positive culture within the store
