*Essential Duties*
* *Tech Parts Requests*-Makes sure all internal requests for parts are procured, filled and billed on service repair orders.

Pulls necessary parts from stock for shop repairs with a notation.
Reviews repair orders to make sure all parts are billed out.
Stamp repair orders with a warranty and/or core stamp when applicable.
Notifies shop when parts arrive via SDL notes.
Update SDL notes as needed with all pertinent information.
Notifies the service advisor and the customer when special ordered parts have been received.
Issues credit for parts returned, ensuring that the original invoice, or its number, is available so that purchase and pricing can be verified.
* *Repair Estimates- *Creates parts estimates for repairs in the service department.
Orders parts, and makes sure that the pricing is correct.
Keeps orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates and special-order parts.
Informs customers and shop of additional parts required to complete repairs.
* *Incoming Parts Phone Calls* - Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
Assists outside sales representatives with their orders.
Creates invoices, quotes, and credits for parts as in accordance with TSI standards.
Reviews quotes, orders parts, and makes sure that the pricing is correct.

* *Walk-Ins*- Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner with a high level of service.
* *Outgoing Customer Calls* - Solicits assigned accounts by phone.
* *Customer Follow-up* - Follows up on back-ordered parts.
Notifies the customer when special ordered parts have been received.
* *Lost Sales* - Properly records lost sales.
Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
* *Parts Orders & Returns *- Locates special parts from an outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary.
Creates accurate purchase orders for all purchases and parts & core returns.
Returns incorrect, unused parts, and cores to vendors.
Verifies will-call, back-order, and returns to vendors, or stocks those items not picked up or required.
* *Pick Tickets* - Creates pick tickets for warehouse to pull parts from inventory.
Marginal Duties
* Replenishes assigned inventory daily.
* Keeps rear and front counter areas clean and uncluttered.
* Maintains professional appearance.
* Other tasks as assigned.
