Convenient Store Clerk

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Store Clerk to join our team.
As a Store Clerk, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in finding products or answering their inquiries - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues - Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise - Provide product recommendations and information to customers - Operate electronic equipment such as cash registers, scanners, and credit card machines - Assist with pricing and labeling of products - Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment Requirements: - Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Fluent in Spanish is a plus - Knowledge of electronics sales is an advantage - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Basic math skills for calculating prices and making change - Multilingual skills are desirable but not required - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Join our team as a Store Clerk and contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
