Floral Designer

Responsibilities: - Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events - Assist customers in selecting appropriate floral designs and provide recommendations based on their preferences and budget - Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and retail merchandise.
- Arrange flowers in vases, baskets, or other containers and ensure they are properly cared for - Process customer orders and operate the cash register for sales transactions - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns - Keep the floral department clean and organized Skills: - Proficiency in using a POS system for retail sales - Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and arrange floral designs efficiently - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience - Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register Note: This job description does not constitute an employment agreement between the employer and employee and is subject to change by the employer as the needs of the employer and requirements of the job change.
