Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor

Job Summary: We are seeking friendly and professional Front Desk Agents and Night Auditors to join our team at The Grand Resort.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and customer service, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.
As a Front Desk /Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk operations, and performing night audit duties.
Duties: - Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome - Check guests in and out of the Resort - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records - Manage reservations and ensure all guest information is up to date - Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements: - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using phone systems, computer software, and other office equipment - Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Opportunities for career advancement within the Resort If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional guest services, we would love to hear from you.
