REMOVAL SCAN-OUT HOURLY - WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE (MAC DISCOUNT) JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full Time Hourly Non-Exempt JOB OVERVIEW: M@C Discount buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions.
The Removal scan-out position works within the removal team to scan each item as being picked up.
The entire removal team provides every winning bidder with exemplary service.
This position reports to the Removal Team Lead.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Scan each customer’s auction items as picked up Make customers glad they have won an item, to encourage them to continue bidding Perform other tasks as assigned by management QUALIFICATIONS: Must be available to work onsite Monday – Friday 8 hours with a half hour lunch break, hours to be determined by workload and General Manager Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time Should be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with team lift Must be able to wear steel or composite-toed shoes while working Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time Must be able to follow written directions and company policies BENEFITS: Healthcare after 60 days Weekly paychecks Employee credit each week to bid on our items after 60 days 401(k) with employer match after 90 days Employee Referral Program 5 days PTO on the 1st of January after one year of employment Mon, Wed, Fri 10am-6:30pm Tues & Thurs 12pm-8pm
