Retail Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers in finding and purchasing furniture, accessories, lighting and soft coverings that meets their needs and preferences.

Responsibilities * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Provide personalized product recommendations based on customers' preferences and budget.
* Maintain a clean and presentable showroom, ensuring furniture displays are visually appealing.
* Stay up-to-date with current furniture trends and product knowledge.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements * Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture or home décor industry.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong customer service ability, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
* Ability to work well in a team environment.
* Knowledge of furniture styles, materials, and construction.
* Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other sales and inventory software.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
