The Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage clients and their business IT needs.
As a part of this management, you will be responsible for being the business point of contact for the client.
Account Managers will ensure company policy and procedures are followed and maintained.
This position requires a high level of independence, business acumen, strong client service and skills.
Organizational ability is important to keep track of all tasks.
Accurate and timely monitoring of client work, service calls, and related documentation is desired.
A team player that can work with the internal service department to ensure a high level of client retention is met.
*Account Manager Attributes and Characteristics:*
* Knowledge of our technology stack that is available to the client.
* Ability to effectively communicate with client business owners in a meaningful way.
* Maintain a deep and current understanding of each client's business situation, business needs and IT environment, translating those needs into service and product requirements.
* Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends and competitors.
* Track all account activity in our Professional Services Automation (PSA) system.
* Collaborate with the appropriate departments to develop and maintain a technology plan that supports client needs.
* Craft an effective client touch and communication plan and implement this plan in our PSA system.

* Assist with preparation and execution of QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews)

* IT infrastructure roadmap
* Service expansion and renewals
* Management of client portal software solution
* Generate quotes for existing client sales

* Base + Quarterly bonus based on client retention and satisfaction
* Commission on some product sales
