Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team.
You will be responsible for generating new business by proactively reaching out to potential customers and responding to incoming leads and referrals.

With added commission, you may make up to $55,000 - $85,000

Responsibilities
Focus on new insurance business
Follow-up on leads generated from warm leads, referrals, networking, and other lead sources
Assess their insurance needs and recommend the best plans and coverage.
Actively listen to the clients objections and concerns.
Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
Advise and Educate prospects on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals.
Close sales.
Make outbound calls to current clients to proactively update them on their policy rate increase.
Develop relationships with clients to build a customer base.
Maintains phone time and sales quotas as determined by management.
Requirements
Ohio Property and Casualty License Required.
1+ years of insurance experience.
Willing to train.
1+ years of demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.
Occasional Saturdays may be required
Basic computer software knowledge with experience in data entry, typing skills, and using a multi-line phone system.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and persuade others.
Ability to be open-minded and practice active listening to comprehend and process information.
Ambitious self-starter able to work independently to hit targets and collaborate with team members.
