* Proactively generate leads through various channels, such as walk-ins, referrals, events, and online inquiries.
* Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential members' fitness goals and interests.
* Utilize persuasive techniques to present membership options and encourage prospects to join.
*Membership Consultation:*
* Provide personalized guidance to potential members, highlighting the gym's facilities, classes, and benefits relevant to their fitness aspirations.
* Offer insights into different membership tiers and their respective advantages to help clients make informed decisions.
*Relationship Building:*
* Establish strong rapport with potential members to build trust and rapport.
* Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the gym management.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and member interactions using the gym's CRM system.

*Market Research:*

*Requirements:*
* Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally in the fitness industry or related field.
