In this role, you will be responsible for managing an exterior express car wash.
Manager will be responsible to manage accounts to maintain strong business relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop and maintain maintenance program for equipment.
Process customer membership change requests.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up.
Document each customer contact in our system.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the site, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Process payments from customers.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
Thoroughly understand and follow all safety, operating procedures and compliance requirements.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Maintains inventory of supplies- places orders weekly.
Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
Informs customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of customer retention and product loyalty.
Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices.
Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone.
Attend industry events to network and build relationships.
Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
Participate in regular team meetings.
