Sales Engineer

Duties No industrial dust collector design experience required Work directly with the Territory Manager to maintain current business relations (Call/email/Travel/Trade shows) Work directly with Territory Manager to grow Sales by prospecting New Business (Call/email/Travel/ Trade Shows) Support all Rep/Dealers in the Territory (Call/email/Travel/Training) System Design Walk a job through from Quoting process through shipping Site visits to gather job-specific information Work with Vendors to find the best possible options for buyout items Research a multitude of Codes and regulations from NFPA, OSHA, Ect.
Ideal Candidate Qualities Good verbal and written communication skills.
Sales background with a willingness to Travel Industrial equipment sales is a plus Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications Basic tool skills, ability to read and use digital and analog measuring devices and hand tools.
Basic understanding of Manufacturing and fabrication processes.
Ability to read in interpret mechanical and architectural drawings.
AutoCAD experience (to create drawings) is a big plus.
Ability to interact comfortably with a variety of individuals in various situations.
Desire to Climb the ladder through your willingness to put in extra effort Ability to present a sales presentation to a large audience or an intimate audience setting
