Job Title: Agronomy Sales Apprentice
Position Objective: Individuals will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with daily activity at agronomy facility, interact with management, employees, sales personnel, and customers.

Projects:
Field scouting, ID weeds, insects and disease present, tissue sampling.
Will have a minimum of 4-6 accounts that this role is directly responsible for scouting fields and leaving scouting reports with grower.
Will present findings and proposed action plan to the customer.
Salesperson will train accordingly.
Qualifications: Candidate must have strong work ethic and be passionate about providing great customer service.
Must be highly motivated and have a desire to produce consistent results in a high-pressure environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills a must and develop an understanding of the products we handle.
Computer skills and knowledge of software programs would be helpful.
