Job Summary: As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy and managing the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Provide guidance on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and promotional activities.
Sales Performance Analysis:

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a sales Manager in the industrial distribution sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of pipes, valves, and fittings or related products.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
