RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize and analyze data from available data sources including iQubed, IRI, Nielsen, Spectra, POS data, Nielsen Homescan, and others to support retail reporting, projects, and initiatives.
Manage deliverables and requests for assigned clients to include new items, coverage, merchandising objectives, voids/chronic out of stocks, and other client projects
Create analysis, recommendations, and presentations to support retail initiatives and projects.
Develop standard templates, scorecards and benchmarking capability across customer teams and regions.
Deliver r etail analysis presentations to both internal and external contacts.
Provide support and recommendations for improvements to tools and information used within retail analytics .
QUALIFICATIONS
College degree or three to five years of experience in marketing/retail analysis (or previous experience as an Analyst).
Specific knowledge of IRI and/or Nielsensystems, other data-gathering systems, and their uses in creating reports, recommendations, and presentations is desired.
Computer literate with a degree of proficiency in Windows and relatedsoftware applications including spreadsheets, word processing, graphics, e-mail, fax ability, and database management.
Experience with ACNielsen NITRO, IRI Xlerate, Spectra, and Acosta’s proprietary systems is preferred .
Effectively communicate with others.
Create presentations coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
