As a Sales Manager (supporting our Bradford, PA box plant), you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of sales professionals and technical and/or service reps to achieve and exceed sales targets and resolve commercial issues.
You will demonstrate and lead your team to build strong customer relationships and drive continuous improvement and innovation in our market.
You will report to the Area General Manager and work closely with the other Field Sales Manager supporting Mt.
Wolf, PA, our operations, and other commercial business capabilities to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Candidate Location: We are seeking a candidate in a reasonable proximity to our Bradford, PA facility.
The Field Sales Manager will be home based but will travel frequently (50-60% of the time) within the Northeast market (PA, NY, OH) as well as visit our box plant, customers, and prospects frequently.

What You Will Do As a key member of our team, you'll: Coach and Develop High-Performing Reps: Spend 50-60% of your time in the field, providing hands-on training and fostering a culture of accountability and growth within your team.
Drive Sales & Customer Success: Build strong relationships and develop winning sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in the Northeast (PA, NY, OH).
You'll be instrumental in closing deals and securing new business.
Become a Market Leader: Leverage market analysis and data-driven insights to identify opportunities and create strategic sales plans.
Champion Collaboration: Work seamlessly with operations and other departments to ensure exceptional customer service.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, or a minimum of 3 years in corrugated or packaging related sales with a demonstrably successful sales record.
Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate a sales team.
Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a passion for leveraging data-driven insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
What Will Put You Ahead Knowledge of corrugated or packaging related manufacturing processes and design.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in business, marketing, finance, management, or related field.
For this role, we anticipate paying $150,000 - $180,000 per year.
This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
