I have been out of deer hunting for a couple of years now and now getting ride of my equipment.
These stands are what I primarily used for a permanent and portable stands.
The first one is made with expanded metal and was mostly my permanent stand for the season where I saw good activity.
It could be easily move to different locations.
However I would leave it in a good area and use the other TRC climber if I needed to quickly move to another area say if the wind changed.
It has spikes and a chain binder to hold it to a tree and can be locked.
I used screw in tree steps to get to it.
One very nice thing about it is there is no limit to what size tree it can be attached to.
You can put it on a 8" tree and up to whatever diameter tree you find.
The only limiting factor is the length of your chain.
The other one is a TRC brand and is my climber portable stand.
You put your toes in the front straps and the back strap goes behind your ankle.
Tip your toes forward and lift your legs then go back on your heals and stand up.
Keep repeating the process until you get to the height you want.
Back in my younger days I would hug the tree and slid the base up and so on up the tree.
I started to make a climber for it but never finished it, so that is for sale too with the stand.
I have shot many deer out of these stands and for the most part they are very quiet.
I also have a plastic feeder for sale.
