AB Coaster PS500 - $150 (PORTERSVILLE)

I got this from my 85 YO father-in-law over 2 yrs ago.
I was impressed as I got absolutely ripped with it.
You can tell it is working by the BURN in your core.
Although it is so much easier on the back than sit ups, I can no longer use it do to shoulder problems associated with age.

Parts are available for it, but it needs nothing.
Comes with two 5 lb weights that were not included with original purchase.
Once I got used to it, I was using 20lbs on each side.
It comes with all documentation and CD’s showing workout training.
I can see why I’ve seen prices for this for around $400.
It REALLY DOES WORK! I’m selling for less than half that.
