Install and maintain solar electric systems on residential and small commercial rooftop and ground mounted systems.
Minimum of 2+ years electrical experience, electrical license preferred.
This position has the opportunity to advance from Tier 2 electrician based on willingness to grow and be progressive in both skills and competency.
Continued skill advancement opportunities are available as technology and installation requirements change.

00 - $32 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Schedule: 8-10hr shifts Monday to Friday Employee must be able to work independently while organizing and directing a crew on the job site.
Primary tasks will be transporting, assembling and managing the solar equipment on site, reading and understanding electrical and architectural drawings, while following electrical code and personal safety requirements to perform all electrical work needed to complete the installation of systems.
Other tasks include but not limited to operation of small equipment as needed for material placement is helpful and to comply with safety measures throughout installation.
Good communication skills with co-workers, management and clients are needed.
