Hall Technical Services LLC is currently looking for a full-time qualified *Robotic Welding Operator.
* The position is in Grove City, PA.

*Robotic Welding Operator Responsibilities include but not limited:*
* Operate robot cell, organize materials in, stack/pack completed parts for production run volumes.
* Ability to read blueprints / weld symbols, tape measure, and other measuring devices.
* Ability to set a welding machine, including the gas, volts, amps, and wire speed to weld in a variety of positions.
* Loads raw materials, parts, etc.
, into Automated Machinery.
May include the use of an overhead crane, forklift, or carrying materials by hand.
* Conducts initial daily startup, inspection & shutdown of machines
* Operator must inspect weldments, indicate inconsistencies and out of tolerance issues
* Keeps equipment and work area exceptionally clean and orderly.
* Adhere to all Safety requirements.
* Use advanced problem-solving skills.
* Look for potential cost savings in the work process, help keep scrap and waste to a minimum and be efficient in use of all supplies.
*Robotic Welding Operator Qualifications:*
* Fanuc Programming experience
* If not Fanuc, strong Robotic programming experience.
* Welding Technology Certificate preferred.
* Basic automated machine knowledge required.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Robotic Welding Operator Desired Skills*
· Well Organized
* Mechanical Aptitude
* Knowing when to stop pushing buttons and seek guidance
· Strong communication and listening skills
· Fundamental understanding of computers
· Ability to manage multiple projects
*Ability to commute/relocate:*
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
*Skill Set Opportunities:*
* Work directly with lead robotics programmer
* Programming Fundamentals, Collision Recovery, Advanced Programming logic, Advanced weld schedule programming
* Fixturing Design & Integration
* OLP design & programming
* New part feasibility programming & assessment
* 7th & 8th axis programming
* Learn manual machining (Bridgeport) principles to augment fixturing design capabilities
* Production program improvement testing
* Working knowledge of CNC machining & 5-axis plasma
