*Title: * Manufacturing Technologist
Formulate and manage manufacturing documents in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures and help successfully launch said products.
(Shift: Day, as needed)
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities Includes the following*:
* Formulate new product drawings and converting legacy drawings to 2D and 3D formats
* Construct setup sheets, pre-notch & length programs for new orders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures –
* Work with the Operations Group on new tooling start-ups to ensure jobs are production ready
* Control of Set-up sheets (accuracy, versions, and updates)
* Work with set-up technicians to control set-up sheets
* Helps maintain item master, BOM and router creation in the ERP system.
* Executes Engineering Change Notices as required
* Work with Set-up Operators to reduce set-up time by continuously focusing on improvement
* Work with Tooling to verify and validate existing tooling, support ongoing improvements
* Other duties as assigned

*Qualification Requirements:*
*Education and/or Experience: *2yr Associate Degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
Preferred experience in Tool and Die, roll forming and stamping.
*Skills:*
- AutoCAD and Inventor
- Microsoft Office
*Physical Requirements:* Ability to stand for long periods, sit for long periods.
Use small tools and lift 50 pounds.
*Work Environment*: Manufacturing and mill environment, office
