*Job Summary:* Project managers are solely accountable for successful outcomes in projects.
Driving the end-to-end process including planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed within scope, on time and on budget.
Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
This is all done within the confines of a company's financial goals to deliver projects to committed profit margin.
*Responsibilities:* * Determine and define project scope and objectives.
* Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
* Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
* Track project costs in order to meet budget.
* Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
* Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
* Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
* Escalate issues to obtain timely support to mitigate project risk.
* Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
* Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
* Updating project budget and schedule status reports consistently.
* Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
* Identifying changes and costs associated to changes, if any, to obtain approvals the by the owner to keep project profitable.
* Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
*Requirements and skills* * Basic Education Requirement – bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or construction and project management field preferred * 5-7 years of client-facing project management experience required.
* Knowledge of, and competency in, project management processes including planning, time management, financial management, quality management, risk management, monitoring and reporting, documenting and record keeping * Proven ability to manage internal and external client expectations related to requirements.
* Strong multi-tasking skills.
Able to prioritize job requirements and effectively manage multiple projects in tandem.
* Demonstrated ability to foster strong relationships with clients and build trust with co-workers and clients * Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills; Able to communicate to the right audience intentionally and effectively, with appropriate messaging, delivery, and thoughtful timing * Outstanding organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills * Highly organized, self-directed business style with strong ability to prioritize * Flexible and adaptable with demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines * Strong ability in using technology to demonstrate and promote programs * Must be proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet or similar solution) *Attributes* * Ability to lead tasks to successful outcomes.

* Physical demands: Typical physical demands are required to perform the work, such as some walking, standing, bending, or carrying ladders and other light items.
* Have the physical stamina to climb up and down a ladder * Working in a construction site setting, on roofs and in noisy environment.
