Position Summary
Load and unload trucks; put away and rotate stock; Handle transfers; stock production prep areas; cycle counts for inventory control; maintain warehouse.
Primary Responsibilities
RECEIVING OF GOODS:
Receive raw material
Unload finished product from the manufacturing plant and rotate the product according to the proper procedures
SHIPPING AND LOADING OF GOODS:
Pull customer orders with 100% accuracy and on time delivery
Loan out-going orders
Assure all loads are secure prior to their leaving warehouse
TRANSFER OF GOODS:
Transfer raw material as necessary between warehouses
Stock palletizer and remove finished goods for transfer
INVENTORY DUTIES:
Cycle counts
Maintain proper paperwork
STOCKING OF GOODS:
Stock label room with boxes
Stock production prep areas with raw materials as needed - (get frozen products from trailers and freezer; produce rom cooler and other raw material from south warehouse)
PRODUCTION DUTIES:
Stock the production prep areas with raw materials as needed.
(Frozen items from trailers and freezer, produce from cooler and other raw material from south warehouse.
)
Assist in Production as needed
Requirements:
Must be in good physical shape with high stamina and dexterity
Able to lift 50+ lbs.
Ability to climb various types of ladders
Good hand dexterity with both hands
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Able to work long hours when necessary; work overtime when it is needed
Able to withstand extreme warehouse and outside temperatures of cold and hot
