Metal Fabricator and Production Line Associate

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator and Production Line Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a metal shear, ensuring the quality of welds on products, and maintaining efficient production line operations.
Responsibilities: • Operate metal shear machinery to cut metal sheets according to specifications.
• Inspect welds on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Stock production lines with materials and components as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications: • Proven experience operating metal shear machinery and inspecting welds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
