As a Production Technician / Installer, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide high-quality foundation repair and waterproofing/water drainage solutions to residential, industrial, and commercial structures.
You will be responsible for installing various foundation repair and waterproofing systems, including piers, wall anchors, and interior & exterior waterproofing/drainage systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily Preparation:
Assist in loading/unloading trucks.
Handle and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain an organized inventory of materials and tools on-site.
Site Preparation:
Prepare work sites by clearing debris and ensuring a safe working environment.
Excavate areas for installation, ensuring accurate measurements and levels.
Prepare outside system to include trench, backfill, mulch, and clean-up of area.
Prepare for installation of the inside system to include covering customer property,
Jackhammers out the existing concrete floor and removal of concrete floor break-out.
Installation of Foundation Repair System:
Install foundation piers to stabilize and support structures.
Secure wall anchors to provide lateral support and prevent foundation wall failure.
Execute foundation repairs following established procedures and safety guidelines.
Waterproofing and Drainage System Installation:
Install interior drainage systems to channel water away from basements and crawl spaces.
Implement exterior waterproofing solutions to prevent water infiltration.
Install sump pumps and other drainage components to ensure effective water management.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret such materials as procedure manuals, instructional and operating manuals, and policies and procedures.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
The employee must be proficient with computer systems.
The employee must be able to type accurately using both numerical and alphabetical keyboards.
Employees must be proficient at proofreading documents.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data and relay this information to direct supervisor for review.
Ability to interpret various forms of instruction in written and verbal form.
