We are seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting and aligning HR initiatives with the strategic goals of the organization.
This individual will support two plants in the Sebring, Ohio location.
Responsibilities
1.
Strategic HR Partnership:
Collaborate with local leaders to understand their business objectives and provide strategic HR guidance.
Drive initiatives related to organizational effectiveness, change management, and employee engagement within local sites.

Talent & Performance Management:
Partner with leaders to identify and address talent needs, including talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.
Support the performance & talent management processes, working closely with managers to set performance expectations, provide coaching, and address performance issues.
Assist leaders with disciplinary processes, provide guidance and coaching to leaders throughout the process.

Employee Relations & HR Compliance:
Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, offering guidance on employee relations matters.
Conduct investigations and provide resolutions for employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations; regularly review and update policies to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong Union experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing complex employee relations issues.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
