Concrete/Epoxy Foreman (Travel) At Simon Surfaces we enable you the opportunity to advance in compensation, responsibility, status, and authority to the degree that your abilities and desire allow.
Who you are: Currently we are seeking Foreman to join the Simon Surfaces team.
We are looking for an experienced concrete finisher to lead a crew.
This person should have experience in epoxy and/or slurry mixes of concrete.
We specialize in concrete repairs, gas island restorations all over the US.
If you have great work ethic, drive, and the willingness to learn Simon Surfaces' products, then this is the right company for you.
What you'll do: Be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
frequently throughout the day.
Safety and Productivity in a team setting.
Application of products to specifications and estimates.
Provide quality training for your crew member(s) to develop long-term skills.
Manage daily job site activities.
Direct toolbox talks on-site.
Loading and unloading materials.
Carry materials and equipment on ground.
Clean and maintain equipment and area.
Hands on concrete work and repairs, and of different trowel down systems.
MUST be willing and able to work with epoxy based products.
What you'll need: 3 years’ experience with concrete or epoxy work.
2 years’ experience in leading a crew.
Must be willing to travel 80+% of the time when local work is not available (paid travel, $37.
00 per diem, and hotel).
Strong commitment to safety.
Ability to endure extreme outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.
Authorized to work in the US.
