This position reports to the Operations Leader and has no direct reports.
The Electrical Maintenance Technician supports 25 restaurants in an assigned region.
The Electrical Maintenance Technician is responsible for preventative and routine electrical maintenance of equipment, buildings, and grounds of the restaurants in their area or market, maintaining operational standards and procedures in an effective and efficient manner.

*Primary Accountabilities*
In addition to following Karali North America’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities are, but are not limited to:
· Diagnose, repair, and maintain all equipment and facilities in relation to electrical components.
· Installation and final connections to utilities for foodservice equipment, dish machines, gas equipment, steamers, mixers, etc.
· Document actions by completing equipment records.
· Perform periodic maintenance assessments.
· Respond to emergencies including nights and weekends to correct unsafe or hazardous conditions.
· Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with safety and legal regulations.
· Partner with the management team on various projects/tasks as needed.
· Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them
· Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components.
· Install safety and distribution components (e.
g.
, switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.
)
· Fully understanding local and federal regulations for safe electrical systems
· Communicate with other personnel to discuss project details.
· All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
*· Position Specifications*
* 5 + years of experience working in the trade.
* Holds an Ohio State electrical Contractors License.
* Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to troubleshoot problem equipment or fixtures.
* Ability to work independently and manage conflicting time constraints.
* A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
* Must be able to work outdoors on roofs, during all seasons.
* Bending, stooping, lifting, and climbing on ladders.
* Ability to lift equipment at any given time up to 40 lbs.
* Ability to work long hours and travel.
Potential for overtime.
* On-call 24 hours by pager.
* Management of equipment storage pods including accurate equipment inventories.
* Transportation of equipment from storage pods to restaurants.
* Keep accurate records of expenses and costs, and keep daily mileage logs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.
