We are looking for a house to rent or rent to own

We really need a 3 bedroom house or even a 2 bedroom with a finished basement I am pregnant I do have income my husband works he is a maintenance man for local landlords does all kinds of work that involves remodeling and building homes.
He also owns a painting business.
We have 2 kids and 2 dogs that are 100% house broken and we keep them clean and and their nails trimmed down and they are very calm and they are not destructive because if they were we wouldn’t own them I don’t have the patience to deal with those kinds of dogs .
We currently pay 900 a month in the house we are in and the house is just too small with kids and a dogs and a baby on the way.
We are good people and just need a place to call home.
We can even fix the house up if it needs work done or do work for ever rents to else if they need it we are willing to work any deal out to get a place but we can afford 900 a month without a deal.
